Craig Austin did a wonderful job in constructing our new addition to a 1902 Brick Victorian in the Denver West Highland Neighborhood. From the early days of staking out the site to the final days before closing, Craig made the process go smoothly. In addition, his sub-contractors were prompt and courteous, providing a high quality project at an affordable price. As an architect, my quality demands for the project and its details exceeded a normal client’s expectations. Austin Signature Homes should be proud of their construction and of their honest manner in dealing with clients. They have certainly built a reputation that is well deserved.

The Austin Team were a pleasure to work with. Communication on our options and timelines was consistent and clear. Almost every special request we had was taken into consideration and accommodated where possible. It was our 1st time building a house and it was a daunting task on the outset, but their team really helped us navigate the process.

We LOVE our home…
The Austin team built our home completed in May 2015. We LOVE our home and that is a direct result of the amazing design and finish advice of the Austin team.
